Well this is the most frustrating film I ever made! This was my second attempt at this workout AND I forgot to start my watch both times, DOH! Hope you are better at skipping than me here. Skipping tips welcome. Rope too short? Weather too windy? Or just too much chatting while trying to skip…? You decide! Enjoy!
