Tonight we are joined in the live chat by a couple who took on last week’s Montane Spine Race! Pascale Mathonet ran 165miles of this 268mile epic winter race, while her partner Chris Ullman managed to complete the whole route. Tonight we find out how it went down for both of them, and if they are still married…! 😉 Watch again at the link below.

They share what they packed, what waterproof socks worked, whether to wear running shoes or boots, what food to take, when to eat it, how you navigate and with which GPS, where you can sleep, the weather conditions during Storm Brendan and mud, glorious mud!

Thanks so much to Pascale for being a Patreon of Wild Ginger Running YouTube channel, there are around 120 Patreons and we have all been following her progress in the exclusive Patreon Facebook Group.
