Great to catch up with Emelie Forsberg today and talk about her favourite recipe from her new book, Moonvalley diaries with Ida Nilsson and Mimmi Kotka (it makes a great Christmas present!), her top tips for training while pregnant and with a baby, and her future plans, which may include a certain Bob Graham round!

Thanks so much to Emelie for taking the time out of her busy schedule to do this interview, and I hope you really enjoy the tips and advice she has for you.
