Really delighted that awesome ultra endurance athlete Samantha Gash is kindly giving us her very precious time to share her tips on desert running – she was the first woman and the youngest person at the time to complete the 4 Deserts Grand Slam!
Since then Samantha has become a World Vision Ambassador and done so many incredible running challenges including racing in the Himalayas, Australia, South Africa, Costa Rica and India. Here is her website for more info https://www.samanthagash.com/world-class-expeditions/
I met Samantha while we were running the Coastal Challenge in 2015 and since then she has had a baby! Her instagram is full of fantastic tips and advice on combining being a parent with running training and a committing job speaking all over the world, so it’s going to be interesting to see how life has changed.
