Want more help curing shin splints? I recommend Running Free of Injuries by Paul Hobrough:
My fave running pack is the Raidlight Responsiv 10L, I demonstrated the poles across the chest with this one:
The best small budget pack is the Aonijie 5L running pack
The best larger capacity budget pack is the Aonijie 10L running pack
The Decathlon Kalenji Trail Running pack from Decathlon is also good, and only £28 but I prefer the features on the Aonijie
Nitecore HC30 More like £65 here sorry! Approx 130g, 1000 lumen brightness but only for 1hr, then 3.5hrs at 400 lumens
Petzl Nao (I really like this one, recommended) £120, 185g, 750 lumens for 6.5hrs on reactive lighting setting
Silva Cross Trail 5 (also a great torch, a little heavier but cheaper than Petzl) £85, 230g, 500 lumens for 6 hours.
My faves are Sealskinz lumo ones!
USA (sorry can’t find lumo!) https://amzn.to/2M07QWy
I also like Bridgedale’s Stormsock

Lumefit LED light vest – I’m wearing this for running at night, our running club doesn’t allow anyone without lumo on! It’s fantastic, and I think it’s good value at £14 as you get flashing or not-flashing settings for white front and red back lights, and 2 soft, velcro reflective armbands.
